How TENS can help with hand pains

Where do you put TENS pads for hand pain?

If you are using traditional electrode pads, that is ok too! You will need at least 2 electrodes to get the full effect of the TENS therapy. Place one electrode on the center of the back of your hand. Place the other electrode pad on the forearm just below the wrist.

Can you put TENS on fingers?

In addition, a TENS treatment increases blood circulation. Thumb pain and finger complaints, such as aching fingertips, can be relieved in this way.

Can you use a TENS unit on carpal tunnel?

TENS Unit therapy can be an amazing method for dealing with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome! The mix of hand and wrist exercises, a suitable splint and rest is an amazing way to manage pain and see results within weeks
